Paparazzi caught BillieElish out in Los Angeles this weekend not wearing her usual baggy clothing, and now the singer has taken to social media to call out those who are body shaming her.
Billie has said in the past that the reason she usually wears baggie clothing is so people can’t see her real body, preventing them from body shaming her. But after she was spotted out in a tight-fitting tank top, it sparked comments from online trolls, and she was not standing for it.
In response, Billie reposted a TikTok video from ChiziDuru with the caption, “Can we normalize normal bodies?” “Ya’ll got to start normalizing real bodies, ok? Not everyone has a wagon behind them, ok?,” she says in the clip. “Guts are normal. They’re normal. Boobs sag, especially after breastfeeding. Instagram isn’t real.”
Billie also posted a photo of herself in a tank top, writing, “do you really wanna go back in time?”
