Do you make your bed every morning? Ryan Seacrest is âobsessed with peopleâs morning habitsâ and did a deep dive when it comes to the importance of making your bed daily.
âIâm obsessed with peopleâs morning habits,â he shared on-air on Friday, October 12. âI donât know why ⊠but I'm really into peopleâs routines â just general routines.â
Sisanie makes half of the bed (aka her side), while Tanya gives herself an extra 10 minutes each morning to make the whole bed âcrispâ and Patty doesnât touch it until the weekends when sheâs cleaning.
As for Ryan? He also doesnât make the bed.
âI donât because itâs like a sprint the second the alarm goes off,â he explained. âItâs interesting [though] because it really tells you a lot about a person if they do or donât make their bed."
So what do they say?
"They say that if you make your bed everyday you actually have more intimacy than those who do not make their bed," Ryan revealed. "[They also] say youâre happier and more productive.â
And if you donât make your bed, Ryan added, youâre allegedly shy and moody đ
According to multiple reports, making your bed daily can also help you start your day off on the right foot, and, not to mention, encourage you to keep the rest of your room â or life! â in order.
