According to the most recent recent food establishment report for Waco's Vegas Buffet, Zhi Jimmy Lin is the owner. The report also shows other problems behind the scenes.
FOX44 News obtained the report from the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District. Pictures included with the report show evidence of insects and rodents living and breeding in the restaurant, as well as food left uncovered in storage areas.
The report was made at the same time as the human trafficking raid and ordered the restaurant be closed and the permit be indefinitely suspended.
