Auto industry legend Lee Iacocca has passed away. His family announced that he died yesterday of complications from Parkinson's disease at the age of 94.
Iacocca was instrumental in the creation of the Ford Mustang, the Ford Pinto, and the Chrysler minivan. He became famous after the Chrysler bailout in 1979, when he'd appear in commercials for Chrysler's ad campaign "The pride is back."
He also played Park Commissioner Lido in a 1986 episode of "Miami Vice".
